Our Lead Consultant, Lillian is an ILO certified trainer offering the WIDB programs. This is an initiative sponsored by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Microsoft.  This program is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with essential digital skills, tools and strategies to digitize and digitalize their businesses for growth in the digital economy.

Through practical, hands-on training, we support women to build their online presence, adopt digital solutions for business operations and confidently engage with digital marketplaces. From setting up a business email and website to embracing digital marketing and e-commerce, WIDB is transforming how women entrepreneurs do business.

How We Do It

WIDB combines live virtual sessions, interactive assignments, group coaching and one-on-one mentorship.  Participants learn how ti digitize and digitalize their businesses, set up online platforms (such as websites and e-commerce stores), and develop digital strategies aligned with their business goals.
